Data deletion instructions

Use these steps to request deletion of personal data you have shared with PartPixel. We will confirm receipt and follow up if we need more information.

1. Submit a deletion request

Send your request from the email address you used to contact us so we can verify the request. You can reach us in either of these ways:

  • Use the contact form.
  • Include "Data Deletion" in the message so we can route it quickly.

2. What we delete

Once verified, we remove or anonymize the data linked to your request, including:

  • Contact details and messages you sent us.
  • Support conversations tied to your email address.
  • Any related app data we can identify for deletion.

3. What we may retain

We may keep limited records when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Security logs used to protect against fraud or abuse.
  • Backups that expire on a rolling schedule before permanent removal.

4. Verification and timeline

We respond to deletion requests within 1-2 business days and typically complete deletion within 30 days after verification.
